FLASH + XML or CSS + XML + ASP?

which one shud i choose?
for dynamic page.. of course la pilih flash.. but utk searchable? hurm..
currently working on FLASH + XML after proposed to company to change the overall outlook for the group page.. the first comment i gave to my SV was, “all i can see is encyclopedia”.. all things copy-paste in one page.. it is quite annoying and unattractive. Even my proposed paper is not yet reviewed.. i`ve already start designing new outlook for the site besides to branding and remarketing the products and services.. a hard time for intern..
But honestly, i have a lot of proper plan for reorganize the sales plan. but as intern like me.. who wud like to hear to me? it is juz a nonsense right to hear about marketing plan from engineer-wannebe?
but who cares? as long as i could do whatever i like.. haha..

btw, back to da topic.. perhaps somebody could give me some ideas?
